BOYS SOCCER: TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS

On Saturday, Adrian hosted its annual soccer tournament. Three Rivers, Sturgis, and Summit Academy traveled to the Maple city to compete. In the first games Adrian beat Three Rivers 6-0 and Sturgis beat Summit 5-1. In the championship game Adrian took a 1-0 lead into halftime. On Tuesday, Adrian traveled to Tecumseh for an SEC White contest. The Maples struck first with a goal in the first two minutes of the game. But were shut out the rest of the game. Adrian lost 5-1. The Maples are back in action on Thursday at home against Lincoln.
