8TH GRADE BOYS BASKETBALL COMPLETES SEASON UNDEFEATED

On Saturday, Adrian hosted Jackson & Dexter in the final round robin tournament of the season. Adrian knocked out both teams to finish the season undefeated. During their 7th & 8th grade seasons, the class of 2025 did not lost a single basketball game. Congratulations Maples and we’re looking forward to you playing at AHS!

BOYS BASKETBALL: ADRIAN WINS WINTERFEST GAME

Adrian hosted East Jackson on Saturday in a non-conference match up in boys basketball. Adrian raced out to a 16-2 1st quarter lead and never looked back, winning 60-29. ADRIAN FALLS TO MANCHESTER-TECUMSEH IN GYMNASTICS

On Friday, Adrian hosted the Manchester-Tecumseh cooperative gymnastics team. The Maples lost 117.8-77.25. Top placers for the Maples were: Ashley Klann – 3rd – Vault & 4th in Balance Beam Vivian Vargas – 4th – Vault Adrian travels to Parma next week Wednesday.

ADRIAN WRESTLING IMPROVES TO 11-0

Adrian traveled to Ann Arbor Huron Friday night for the second conference contest of the season. Adrian went 3-0 on the day with wins against Lincoln (78-0), Skyline (66-12), & Huron (57-18). BOYS BASKETBALL: MAPLES LOSE TO PIRATES

The JV & varsity boys basketball teams traveled to Pinckney on Thursday for a conference contest. The Maples lost 66-44. Adrian is back in action on Saturday, hosting East Jackson in a non-conference match up. The winterfest crowning will happen at halftime of the varsity game. MAPLES LOSE HARD FOUGHT BATTLE TO PIRATES

The Maples hosted the Pirates of Pinckney for an SEC match up on Thursday night. After falling behind early, Adrian fought back to get within two points. However, the shots at the end wouldn’t fall and the Maples lost 40-37. Top scorers were: Morgin White – 11 points Molly Dempsey – 8 points Makenna Johnson

MIDDLE SCHOOL SWIM & DIVE FINISHES SEASON UNDEFEATED

On Wednesday, the coed Middle School swim & dive team beat Jackson to finish the year 6-0. Top placers at today’s meet were: Mixed 200 Yard Medley Relay – Pino, Salenbien, Fox, Robinson – 1st Mixed 200 Yard Freestyle – London Rising – 1st; Emma Pino – 2nd Mixed 100 Yard IM – Kade Opsal

MAPLES PLACE 6TH AT SEC COMPETITION

Adrian hosted the first SEC competitive cheer competition for the white division on Wednesday night. Chelsea, Dexter, Lincoln, Pinckney and Tecumseh competed at AHS. Adrian finished 6th with a score of 472.32. Adrian is back in action on Saturday at Adrian-Madison.
