The girls basketball program hosted Pinckney for an SEC white match up Friday night. The Maples started off slow, down 10-5 after the 1st quarter. But came on strong in the 2nd to take a 16-14 halftime lead. The Maples kept the lead in the 3rd quarter, but the Pirates caught up to force overtime.

The varsity girls basketball team traveled to Lincoln and won 49-31. Day’Anna Marr had 23 points and Madeline Dempsey had 12. Adrian is back in action Friday at Dexter in a varsity double header with the boys.
